For lottery prizes of $600 or more, hours are 8am-10pm (Mon-Sat) and 12pm-10pm on Sundays

For lottery prizes under $600, they can handle them anytime (daily 8am-4am)

What you need

To redeem your prize, you will need to provide

  • Your winning ticket
  • A filled-out Claim Form (pdf)
  • A valid government-issued ID
  • A valid Social Security Number or FEIN
