The region is home to many dedicated non-profit organizations that invest time, money, and valuable resources to make our community a better place. The Charity Cup is Finger Lakes' way of saying thanks. Each year, six non-profit organizations are selected to participate in an exciting day of live thoroughbred racing and fundraising . Points for Kids

Each year Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack’s guests and employees find their holiday spirit in a big way. Since 2004, Members of our Lucky North Club have the option to donate their gaming points for our Points for Kids campaign that benefits foster children in Ontario County. The donated points are used to purchase hundreds of gifts, hand-selected by Finger Lakes associates. A truckload of presents ranging from toys, games, bikes, and clothes are delivered to Ontario County Social Services to be wrapped and given to the kids in need. Each holiday season, our Points for Kids program provides gifts for more than 50 children.

United Way Day of Caring

Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack employees volunteer every year for the Ontario County United Way Day of Caring. The Day of Caring kicks off the United Way Campaign. Year after year, over thirty agencies in Ontario County have over 450 volunteers from businesses and organizations in our area reaching out and helping the United Way Agencies. Each agency has many different tasks for the volunteers to help them out with including: painting, shampooing rugs, washing windows, yard work, and more. Not only is the Day of Caring a great help for the United Way, it’s also a fun team building day for Finger Lakes Associates.
